Dual Zero Building
Yuexiu Property Research and Development Centre
Yuexiu Property R&D Centre has obtained a total of five certifications: Zero Carbon Building Certification, Zero-Energy Building Certification, Three-Star Green Building Pre-certification, Healthy Building Gold Certification and Near-Zero Pollution Gold Certification. It is the first near-zero pollution finishing pilot project in China, and the first project in China to collect all the certifications of Zero Carbon Building Certification, Zero-Energy Building Certification, Three-Star Green Building Pre-certification, Healthy Building Gold Certification and Near-Zero Pollution Gold Certification.
Nansha Intelligent Manufacturing Production Base Phase II
Nansha Intelligent Manufacturing Production Base Phase II is located in Qingsheng Plate of Nansha Pioneer Zone in Guangzhou The project is designed to develop into a research and innovation center integrating industry, academia and research. With green and advanced design concepts, it is built around the spatial layout of “one corridor, two districts and three nodes” to create an industrial park that is green, low-carbon, open for sharing, intelligent and efficient, and innovation-driven.
Low-Carbon Building
Shanghai Grand Harmony
The project is based on the "Shanghai Ultra-low Energy Consumption Building Technical Guidelines (for Trial Implementation)" for the project's indoor environmental indicators, building energy consumption indicators, and building airtightness indicators, to significantly reduce the building energy consumption as the design goal.
Baiyun International Convention Center Phase II
Baiyun International Convention Centre integrates green design elements with Lingnan climate characteristics and climate data, following the principle of “passive first, active optimisation” in green building design by selecting appropriate comprehensive design strategies.
The project embodies design features in four aspects:"Local design, energy-efficient comfort, intelligent control, and ecological resilience".
